Matrix export to Excel

Hello,

I am wondering if there is any way to write or save a matrix to a pre-formatted excel file, while specifying what sheet to write/save to within the excel file.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the "write" command allows you to write to a pre-formatted excel file.

I have also tried the "pagesave" command but that only works for series, not matrices.

Any help or suggestions would be great.
