Error message when using tramo seats

Hello

I am trying to do seasonal adjustment using tramo seats, using this command

variable_name.tramoseats(save=sa)

i keep getting the error message C:\Temp\Tramo\seats.itr not found on disk in "Do_variablename.tramoseats(save=sa)".

I just need all default options. I cant understand why it doesnt work.

Tramo doesn't like your data, so failed to run. Unfortunately, since we do not write Tramo/Seats, there isn't much more we can do to debug.

X-13, which contains updated tramo/seats routines, appears to be more robust.

Try to cut NAN observations and shorten the sample (define it in SAMPLE and then press SMPL+/-). Then run TRAMO/SEATS.
That's work for me.
It seems like TRAMO/SEATS doesn't like NANs in the beginning of the sample.
