Restricted Sum Squared Residuals

Hello
I use 7th version of eviews. For my homework I have to obtain RRSS and URSS, and apply F-Test manually. I could find URSS but RRSS. When I use wald test, I get directly the result. Can u please help me about obtaining RRSS.
