Can EViews build this model?

I want to build a model estimating total sales. I have the data by week and by product group.

If I import the data using the product group as a panel, will EViews automatically build a hierarchical model? How do I specify which coefficients should vary? I want something that looks like:

Total_Sales_Hat = Intercept(probably force this out since they should all start at 0, I think) + Total_Sales_Lag(varies by product type) + Promotion_week (yes/no) + Clearance_week (yes/no)

Also, the week variable looks like 201252 (for the last week of 2012). Can EViews accept that or do I need to reformat it?

It will not automatically build the varying lag types. But everything else could be handled pretty easily.
