Hi everyone!
Eviews uses date specification frecuency like annual, quarterly, monthly, bimonthly, fortnight, etc.
Question 1. What is the diference between bimonthly and fortnight? Both are two observations during in a month.
Question 2. If I have 6 observations during a year, for example first observation is income sum from january to february, second observation is income sum from march to april, third observations income sum from may to june,..., and the sixth observation is income sum from november to december. Among the Eviews's frecuency list, which one is the correct frecuency? Do I have to specify the frecuency using a command?
Thanks,
Eri

Re: Dated-regular frecuency
Bimonthly is twice a month. Fortnightly is every two weeks.
There is no frequency for every two months.
There is no frequency for every two months.

Thanks Gareth,
So, can I create frecuencies no specified in the dated frecuency? it may be through a command?
