Hi there,
I am a student and there is an econometrics exercise I have to solve: There are three different tables given and I shall calculate ß^and SE(ß^) by hand. My problem is that I cannot find SUM of Xt^2 (sum of squares). I can only find SUM of Xt and SUM of squared deviations.
Please find attached a picture of two kinds of tables. They are not the ones given but screenshots from an econometrics book and are not related with each other. The third one that is given is a table providing covariance data.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Where to find SUM of Xt^2
Why not just create a new series that is equal to the square of X, and then do the sum of it?
