Hello there. I'm trying to run a probit regression, and I noticed on Stata that you can have it calculate the predicted probability of the event occurring. I tried to find a similar feature on EViews, and that lead me to the Prediction-Expectation Evaluation. Yet I couldn't find an interpretation of this test in the user manual, and my professor has never used it before either. Could someone give me an explanation of what it does / how to interpret the numbers it gives me?
This is the website that I was looking at about Stata's use of probit regression: http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/outp ... probit.htm
