Programs with Japanese comments often crashes in EViews13

Hello. I am using Eviews13 (Standard Edition Sep 8 Build) and found that it sometimes crashes when running program with comments in Japanese character. As an example, attached please find "jpcomment.prg" which crashes once in a while.
Maybe related to this problem is that line numbers of this program do not show correctly in EViews13, while they do in EViews 12 (See attached jpcommentline.xlsx). It seems Japanese characters after single quotation until end of line are ignored correctly in EViews 12 or earlier, while they are not in EViews 13.
I know EViews doesn't officially support non-English environment. However, we have constructed a system which consists of quite a few EViews programs with Japanese comments, so this phenomenon causes us a serious problem. We would be very grateful if you could fix this problem.
