I have been using Eviews 9.5 Standard Edition (May 11 2016 build) for many years without any problems. Recently in my company we changed operation system from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (version 2019 LTSC) and since then Eviews has been crashing randomly. When Eviews crashes I don't get any error notification - it just closes and I lose my unsaved work. Are there some incompability issues of these versions of Eviews and Windows? What can I do to solve this problem?

EDIT: In Windows Event Viewer I have found that Windows module that caused Eviews to crash is: COMCTL32.dll, version: 6.10.17763.1637.

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling.
