If you read in foo.RData into EViews 11, the workfile is named "foo.rdata.wf1." Shouldn't it be just "foo.wf1?"
Also, when R, Matlab and other programs use case sensitive variables. When EViews reads in "HBCU" and "hbcu" you are given the option to overwrite, merge, or cancel. Overwrite is clear enough, but it is not clear how to choose both or choose the second, although the latter appears to be "cancel."

Re: Workfile naming bug and unclear dialog
I fixed the foo.rdata.wf1 issue in 11 & 12. Should be available in the next patch.
The case sensitivity issue is more complicated. It might be solved if we simply add a "Rename" option to that dialog. No promises, but I'll look into it.
