formatting models

I would love the ability to add formatting to models for legibility, such as indenting rows or coloring things, even making comments preceded by "..." as in programs would be really nice. It would also be nice to be able to move easily move equations up and down in the Equation view. I think that moving something in the Text view will also move it in the Equation view, but just some little arrows (better, drag and drop) in the Equation view would be super helpful.
