How it is done depends on the method you use.

Re: Frequency Conversion
Hi everybody, I would like to count with your help with my data frequency conversion.
I transformed a series from annual to quarterly frequency. I did it with the quadratic-sum method, because I would like that the sum of the quarterly data is equal to the annual one.
Now, I would like to apply some seasonality to the series. I know every year, in the second quarter of the year this series preform better than in the other quarters. I would like to apply seasonality so the numbers for Q2 would be always higher than the numbers for the other quarters. How can I do so?
I have been looking in forums about seasonality and they all explain how to take out the seasonality effect in a series but never how to apply it.
Could you help me?
Thanks!
