EV11 differs from earlier versions (for me anyway)

I am new to EV11 and am getting very frustrated with one option. I looked in the user forum but did not see anything.

Previously, when I ran a forecast and then selected my forecast by the filter, EV would merely highlight the variables in blue. Now, it creates a new work file of only the highlighted variables.

I want to see all the variables in the model with the selected ones highlighted. Is there an easy way to make this happen? This is really slowing down my work.

Thanks.

Hello.

Could you provide more details on exactly what you mean? Are you talking about the workfile filter, or are you in a model window? What exactly are you doing?

I'm thinking it is a workfile filter.

I produce the forecasts, then view>select by filter. I filter for only the forecasted data (*_0). In the past, these data would be highlighted with all the model data. Now, I have a page of the highlighted data with nothing else.

That behaviour was changed a while back. There is no way to get the old behaviour back.

Thanks for letting me know.

It would be nice if you would change it back or provide an option. This adds at least another step for me.
