Were your lab machines recently updated to new physical boxes? Swapping out the host machine can lead to licensing issues for a lab license.

When an EViews lab license is given out to a client machine, it becomes "tied" to that machine and cannot be used elsewhere after EViews has run for the first time. If your lab machine is based on a cloned image of a source machine, you need to make sure your cloned image was made after EViews has been unlocked first. Once you have a cloned image of an unlocked installation of EViews, you can use this to clone all of your lab machines properly.

Please refer to the "Cloning" section (starting on page 20) of our "EViews License Manager.pdf" located on your license server for specific instructions on how to deal with this issue.

As a last resort, you can fully re-install EViews using our installer and specifying your lab license server number during installation in order to fix this issue. Simply uninstall, then re-install.
