EViews 12 Installation Issue

Dear all,
I have just tried to install the Student Lite version of EViews 12, since it is the software used in a course I will be taking in a couple of weeks. My machine is running Windows 11, which might be the issue since it doesn't say online that EViews is compatible with Windows 11 yet, but I wanted to ask whether this was the issue or if it is something else.
Every time I try to open EViews 12 it states that I am missing TABSSLEAY32.dll and TABLIBEAY32.dll. I have tried reinstalling EViews as this is what is suggested, but it doesn't seem to help either. Is this an issue with how I have installed EViews and/or my operating system? Or is it something else?
