Dear all,
I downloaded Eviews 11 university edition on my PC (HP laptop) on January 5 and since then the software is not working and whenever I try to open it I receive the following the message
"The procedure entry point
?getpath@vstring@@QEAAAAEAV1@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library C:/program files/Eviews11/univ/Eviews11Univ_x64.eve."
Appreciate if you can provide some help in this concern so that I can work on the downloaded version of Eviews.

That sounds like you have some out of sync files. Try downloading and running the latest patch http://cdn2.eviews.com/EViews11Univx64Patch_010821.exe
