Hi, I have two variables which are integrated I(2). Can I use Johansen test to test for cointegration?
I also have another two variables, but the first one is I(2) and the second one is integrated in higher order. How can I test them for cointegration?

Hi,
I have two variables - A and B. A is equal to 100-B prior 2005, is equal to 100 in 2005 and is equal to 100+B after 2005. How can I set this in a model in Eviews 5?
