I upgraded to Eviews 9 (14-april-2015 build). Now the command line worked just fine. Thanks.

Problem in transforming .spc file into Eviews code.
In Eviews8 I mannualy created a setting of seasonal adjustment from "proc/seasonal adjustment/Census x13". I Checked the box to save the spec file, which gave me text object (below). As I will regularly use this setting to adjust the series I was transforming this spec file into this eview...
