When I try to run example GARCH(1, 1) and enter r c in edit box Mean Equation Specification as indicated in the example I get error "r is not defined".

Since I use Windows 7 updates of EViews7 itself and Add-ons to it fail with the request 'Try it later'. I have tried it several times, but always the same messsage.
Who knows what can be wrong or missing?

Hello,
Every time I try to download an update, I get an error message "An error occured during upgrade download. Please try again later." The same when I try to register an add-in. I use EViews7 and registered it earler. I checked that. What can be wrong?
