I'm estimating a GARCH model, but when I want to forecast, this message is announcing:

"unable to perform ARCH operation due to missing observations"

Do you know what happend?

I have a programm in EViews 6 and now I have EViews 7, I run my program in EViews 7 but the results are different, why?, Can I run EV7 who EV6?
