Hi. I'm trying to use the Add-in in Eviews 14 but the code doesnt seem to work: the message I get is "Error 127 in encrypted program". Cant see what Im doing wrong (and I have used the code on an earlier version of Eviews).

I'm estimating a TVP-BVAR and want extract the median IRFs and coverage bands (rather than just viewing them in a figure).

The table format gives the median IRFs and "posterior standard deviations" but not the data for (say) the 68% coverage intervals shown in the figures.
