Error 2142 in encrypted program
Hi, I am using Eviews v11 and want to use some add-ins (e.g. localirfs for the Local Projection IRFs) which I have installed already and it appears on my add-ins menu. However, when I open it I get the following error message: "Error 2142 in encrypted program". I get the same error message...
