Sorry,
What I want to do is to show the country name for each data point in the graph.
The mean is on the vertical axis, while the standard deviation is on the horizontal axis.

Hi, I have one problem. Name Mean Returen and Standard Deviation for the return AUSTRALIA 0.161713312 7.279504921 AUSTRIA 0.186066149 6.523335186 After creating a graph, how can I mark country name with the corresponding data point in the graph (relationship between mean and standard deviation)?
