please how do i create dummy variable from ALPHA NUMERIC SERIES whose data is a date and it look like this Q1-1990 that is the sample is from Q1-1990 TO Q4-2016
I want to create a dummy variable where 1 is taken for Q1-2008 till Q4-2016 while others are 0
