EViews 11 SV Lite is only available for 64-bit operating systems. You’ll need Windows 64-bit (or OSX) to install and run it. You will most likely have to upgrade your Windows to Windows 7 64-bit or newer.

If you’re asking about the email address field when you register a serial number, that’s so EViews can notify you when your serial needs to be refreshed again.

Refreshing a license is talked about in this post.
