i cant find the "paste special" how do you perform paste special, i have copied a data series (yearly) and right click it to the other workfile (quarterly) and all i see is "paste"

hello, i just started using eviews4 (just a few days ago) and how can i convert yearly to quarterly data of ODA and savings rate (does not increase overtime) and laborforce (increasing overtime)?

i just started using eview and i dont know how to convert them.
