i am having problem with heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation and then i choose HAC to correct it
but can i use HAC in unbalanced panel?
because i have to choose between random model or fixed effect model

i try to test random or fixed effect model, so i make a balanced panel, but when i imported the data, the ASCII text import dialog box appeared, and i can configure where data should start

when i try to make balance panel and imported the data
the ascii text import appear and i can't use the workfile to enter my panel data
how to solve it?
