dummy variables relevance
Hi i am running a regression with a gender dummy variable. but looking at it prior to regrssion i see that the variable is only 15% for its 0 value and 85% for its 1 value. Is this a case for irrelavance of the variable in the model? and if so do i just completely drop it out of the equation?

i have run a regression model that contains 6 different variables. Howevere there is a hypothesis that this regression may be different when we change our sample, breaking it up by a dummy variable, in my case used cars where 0=new car 1= used car. how can i run a regression with just used car=0 so ...

but do you mean open the variable (such as profit, commission and interestp) and then classifying by used_cars?
or opening used_cars and classifying by the others?
