How to run fixed effect and random effect in DOLS or VAR
I want to study the panel long run elasticity of three variables, In Eviews 8 or 9, I only find how to run DOLS, and how to run fixed effects and random effects estimation seperately, but can not find how to run DOLS and fixed effects/random effects together. So please share me some ideas.
