Not able to see "Manage Addins"
I just installed eviews 9 and then opened the Addins tab from the menu. I cannot see "Download Addins" or "Manage Addins" in the drop down list. Also when I manually downloaded Rtadf addin and installed, I don't see it listed in that addin tab. Next I click on Proc and I find tha...
