Yes I have the install media. Just need to know what I need off of the old machine before rebuild. Just the serial number?

I have a user of Eviews going to be upgraded from XP to Win 7. I have the patch and 7.2 upgrade for the install. The question I have is other than his serial number is there anything else I have to get off his machine before the upgrade? I am assuming I will reinstall on Win 7 and then put in his se...
