Hello,
I am new to Eviews and am just getting to grips with how it works. One area that I have not found a good guide or book to is interpreting the meanings of certain outputs. When it comes to this kind of topic, I tend to need things laid out very clearly.
Anyway, here is a Chow output from one of the textbooks I am looking. Could someone tell me what I should be looking at if I want to know whether I reject or fail to reject the null hypothesis that the parameters are stable?

Do I compare the Prob.F value to the significance level? In this case would I correct in saying we do not reject the null hypothesis with a signficance level of 5% as the Prob.F value is .6411 or 64% and when this value is greater than the significance level we always fail to reject the null?
If you could point me in the right direction of an idiot's guide to the meaning of these sort of outputs then that would be very kind/helpful.
