Converting a group into a system

Postby CKIND » Thu Nov 06, 2008 10:57 am

Is there a command that converts a group object into a system object?

The

Code: Select all

makesystem
command only works with pool objects.

The menu in a system object allows you to import a group object with Proc/Define System... If you now choose a group object as Dependendent Variable, the group members are imported correctly into the system object.

Unfortunately, the

Code: Select all

append
command for systems only seems to work with single equations (because they are a text input), not groups.

Is there a System Procs command that will do the job?

Unfortunately there is not currently a command line method of doing this.

We'll investigate adding one at some point.
