Eviews shutting down

Hello

I have recently started to use Eviews for my thesis. The problem I have is that Eviews stops working and it sometimes shuts down. Usally I get to do one VAR analasys or one Granger analasys and when I try a second time it stops working. My data is taken from a excel file and i open it by pressing File/Open/foreign data as Workfile. When I do a big VAR analasys it just shuts down. I have tried to install it in other computers and to change the excel file but I still have the problem.
Have anyone had the same problems and does anyone know what to do?

You should contact EViews support at support@eviews.com. Please include your serial number and, if possible, a complete description of what you were doing when EViews closed, along with any messages you may have encountered. Sending the data can be useful as well. Also provide information about the version of Windows that you are running. We'll get somebody to look at it right away.
