Eviews simply shutdown without any error message

Hello All,
I am using Eviews 7 uodated to 7.1 in the University, each time I tried to get a graph Eviews simply shutdown without any error message.
I have asked people in the IT office they said its due to windows 7 64bit.
Anybody can help me to solve this issue !!
