logmode errors after updating to new build

After updating to the new (Apr 11 2019) build, programs using the logmode command are throwing an error:
Issue can be reproduced by creating a prg file with just: and running.
The error occurs when running the program from the command line using the run command. The error does not occur when running the same program using the run button in the program window.
