Command explorer window

If one accidentally closes the command explorer, there doesn't appear to be a way to re-open it.

You currently have to restart EViews but we will add a menu item to the Windows menu.

Surely, you didn't expect me to report something you could fix so easily!

On my machine at home, closing and re-opening EViews restores the command explorer.

On my machine at work, closing and re-opening EViews DOES NOT restore the command explorer. But to keep things entertaining, if I reset the windows views to the default and then re-open the command explorer does appear--outside the EViews master window.

Done this twice on both machines.

(Both machines are up-to-date Windows 10 with lots of ram etc.)

I would suppose our "Reset Window Layout" menu option under the Window menu should reset this Command Explorer window as well.
