Hi

EViews has crashed at least 10 times when I open the Help menu and begin to enter something. It does not always crash when doing this, but it happens very often. It has crashed both on my home and work computer.

Please take a look at this issue. I have EViews Jun 4 2018.

Could you define “open the help menu”?

"annoying", now it suddenly works again.

If it did crash, that would be an issue with Windows help, not necessarily EViews itself.
