When trying to save a program file using the SaveAs command, i get the following error message:

Sorry, but I can't seem to recreate the issue. Which version and build of EViews are you using?
I assume you are clicking the "SaveAs" button in the program window? Does it only happen in particular circumstances or does it happen every time for you? Where is your current Path pointing to? (see the Path= value in the EViews status bar). Is that path invalid?

Hi
Am not at work now, so I cannot check the current path. But, it did not happen everytime i pressed SaveAs. I also experienced another strange thing, when trying to execute a program, a similar message appeared, saying that it was impossible to save the file (i.e., when i pressed the RUN button). then I just copied the text within the program and saved it in a new program file. That happened twice today out of around 100 program executions.
I will check the path tomorrow
