graph scale alterations/adjustments

For graphs needing both left and right data scales, it seems difficult/impossible to change the scaling easily. This is especially frustrating when trying to use grid lines from left to align with scale on the right. It would be an improvement to make this possible. All of this functionality can be done in Excel.
