Thanks for the suggestion. A quick question to help us think about this... What do you want to do with the smatrix that you can't do with an svector and a table?

Hi
I'm thinking that there are some powerful commands in "Matrix Procs" and "Matrix Data Members" that could be used in similar way in a "smatrix". Furthermore it should be easy to combine matrix, vectors and svectors in a "Smatrix", which would be helpful.
To summarize the code can become a little easier and more powerful with "smatrix" than with "table".
