How can I import the data,randomEffect

Hi everyone,
I am working on a data packet that I have to work with Unbalanced Panel Data.

Just open it in EViews (drag the file onto EViews, or use File->Open->Foreign Data). EViews recognises it as an unbalanced panel without any issues.
