Hello, I am currently using Eviews 12. I'm not sure if the following error is an issue with Excel or Eviews.
Eviews crashes when attempting to pagesave to excel. If excel is closed, eviews closes abruptly with no error message. If excel is open, I receive the following error: Unable to load Microsoft Excel automation library.
Thank you for your help!

Have you been able to save Excel files via EViews in the past?
Have you tried rebooting your machine?

If rebooting doesn't fix the problem, try repairing your Excel installation. You can do so by following the below steps:
Windows 10
Click on the Windows "start" icon (bottom-left corner of your screen).
Click on "Settings". The "Windows Settings" window should appear.
Click on "Apps". The "Apps and Features" window containing a list of your installed programs should appear.
Select "Office" (or "Microsoft Excel" if you do not have the full Office installation).
Click "Modify" or "Advanced options"
Choose from "Quick Repair" or "Online Repair" or "Repair".

Re: Eviews crashes when saving to excel
Saving to Excel hasn't worked since I had a work laptop replacement a couple of weeks ago. Rebooting or trying to repair doesn't help, but I'll try getting my administrator to reinstall Office and see if it works.
