snapshots delete automatically?

Friends--my understanding is that snapshots should be deleted once EViews closes out with all saved properly. Is that correct? My snapshots folders need to be deleted manually.

Folders are not deleted. The automatic snapshots that are inside the folder are deleted when EViews is closed. Manual snapshots are kept.

Friends--can we add a setting that allows us to delete the snapshot folders too?

Sorry, just realized that the contents of my snapshot folders are not being deleted either.
