date weekly

Postby Cristinabarrera » Fri Oct 16, 2015 7:34 pm

I have data from 1 January 2005 to 22 September 2015, so I need to enter data in the second week of 2000 to week 40 of 2015. I would like to know how to set the start date and the end date for entering data for weeks.

but when I enter the dates so the result is that I enter I only have 821 observations and 559, this considering that each year has 52 weeks and the last year I only have data up to week 40. That is why I do not know start and end date set for introducing the 559 observations.

Sorry, I don't really understand what you're saying.

In which format are your data currently? How are you importing them into EViews?

Does 1/1/2005 9/22/2015 do what you need?

I want to know as I can rescale the graphic impulse response, for example: the x axis are plotted not only 10 but 20 steps.
