Save results output

Postby stefanp » Wed Sep 30, 2015 12:33 am

Hey eviews community,

I am super new to eviews and have just been playing around with some data sets a bit.

I was wondering how to save the output tables (e.g. coavariance matrix). Of course, I can save the workfile. However, when I open it again, it only contains the data set (or at least, only the data set is shown) and I cannot find the covaricane matrix again.

It's probably a stupid question.

thanks and regards

Use the freeze button whenever you are looking at output you would like to save.

I know I can freeze the resulting tables. However, I still did not manage to save the tables properly and open them at another time. I would like to save, say 4 tables, at the time and open these tables again with Eviews.

So far I have been taking snapshots of the tables, but this is not exactly what I had in mind

After freezing hit the name button to give the tables names.
