Insufficient Number of Observations Error for White's Test
I'm trying to test for heteroskedasticity and I'm getting the error message Insufficient Number of Observations. Help!

I'm getting the error message for both cross terms and no cross terms.

I have 12 observations and 8 regressors.

Help pls. i have 31 obser and 3 regressors and still that error. Moreover, a log log regression i conducted, it not have R-squared ... what does this mean and what should I do
