As a guide when asking for assistance...
If you're looking for help in writing a large program to perform some statistical/econometric technique, just saying something along the lines of "Please someone write me a procedure that does the Foo Estimator" is unlikely to get many responses.
You'd be much better off having a go yourself, then when you get stuck coming here for help. And when you come here for help, post your program thus far, some data to run the program on, and a good explanation of why it isn't working.
Also, don't assume that the people who are willing to help you have a good understanding of the statistical technique you're trying to program. If you can write down a formula/procedure you're tying to program, then it is much much easier for people to help you. Failing that, a link to a description of the procedure would do.
