It looks to me like setconvert can not handle the new frequency conversion methods such as chowlina. Is there a way to work around this?

Also, it looks to me like the frequency conversion methods on some pages (e.g. fetch command) do not reflect the newer methods.

Since Chowlin requires the existence of the target series, which may not always exist, it can not be used as the default frequency conversion method, which is why it does not work in setconvert.
