reading database directly from a website

how can i read directly from eviews datasets coming from global insight without exporting them in aremos format
Is there any command like in aremos to read directly databse from global insight

You may import data directly into EVIews via some of Global Insights historical products (DRIPro, DRIBase, DRI DDS). You should speak with your Global Insight representative and verify if any of the above products contain the data you are interested in and is still supported. If a supported product is found, you may use the 'dbopen' and 'fetch' commands to import the data into an EViews workfile. If none of the above are supported or do not contain the data you are interested in, then you will need to continue to save the data into a secondary file format (such as Aremos) readable by EViews.
